Helldivers 2 launches Entrenched Division Warbond on March 17

Helldivers 2 Entrenched Division Warbond: New Weapons, Armors, and Cosmetics Arriving March 17

Arrowhead Game Studios announced on March 10, 2026 the upcoming release of the Entrenched Division, a new Premium Warbond for Helldivers 2 dropping on March 17.

The Ministry of Defense has authorized a fresh wave of gear designed specifically for frontline assault squads, and this one leans into a very specific fantasy: trench warfare, fire, gas, and getting your hands genuinely dirty. If you’ve been looking for a reason to drop back into the fight, this might be it.

Fire, gas, and a shovel that made it into your loadout

The Entrenched Division arrives with a heavy lineup of offensive tools, and the one that immediately grabs attention is the B/FLAM-80 Cremator. This heavy support flamethrower is connected to a massive backpack fuel tank and sprays a continuous column of flame, the kind of weapon that doesn’t ask questions, it just burns.

For players who want something more versatile without sacrificing the fire theme, the SMG/FLAM-34 Stoker is a submachine gun primary that packs iron sights and an incineration attachment into one compact package, giving you two ways to ruin someone’s day at the same time.

If fire isn’t your preferred method of crowd control, gas is always an option. The A/GM-17 Gas Mortar Sentry is an automated turret that fires gas shells at incoming enemies, turning any chokepoint into a hazard zone. Just make sure you’re positioned upwind before it starts launching, because friendly fire is very much on the table here.

For secondary options, the P-69 Veto is a pistol loaded with jet-assisted rounds, designed specifically to help you maintain distance from enemies closing in on your position. And when you need to deal with large groups in one shot, the G-48 Giga Grenade trades throwing distance for a massive blast radius that breaks up oncoming enemies into much more manageable pieces.

The most unexpected, and honestly most entertaining, addition in this Warbond is the CQC-73 Entrenchment Tool. Yes, it’s a shovel, and yes, it’s now available as a secondary weapon in your regular loadout. No more rifling through deceased colonists’ belongings looking for a digging tool. You land, it’s already on you and ready to go.

Two new armors built for the trenches

The Entrenched Division brings two armor sets that match the aesthetic of the Warbond perfectly. The CPG-48 Sapper is a medium armor loaded with pouches and big pockets designed to store battlefield essentials.

It comes equipped with the Grenadier passive, which is a version of the Concussive Padding ability that provides explosive damage resistance and lets you carry extra throwables into the field. It pairs with the Dignity of Toil cape and player card, a combination that feels very on-brand for a soldier whose most important tool is a shovel.

For those who need to look more authoritative while leading from the trenches, the CPH-26 Commandant is a light armor with a high collar and a pristine finish. It carries the Hazmat passive, also a version of Concussive Padding, which provides resistance to both explosive and gas damage, along with reduced sidearm recoil. A squad commander who can walk through a gas cloud without flinching is the kind of leader people actually follow. Its matching cosmetics are the Crest of the Unsullied cape and player card.

Cosmetics to complete the look

The Entrenched Division also delivers on the cosmetic side. The Heritage Olive pattern gives your hellpod, FRV, Pelican, and exosuits a weathered, battle-worn finish that looks like it’s been through actual combat. There’s a new emote called the Diplomatic Handshake, for keeping squad dynamics classy even when everything around you is on fire or covered in gas. And the Mudskipper player title wraps up the package for anyone fully committed to the frontline soldier identity.

The Entrenched Division Premium Warbond drops March 17 for Helldivers 2. It requires the base game, a paid purchase of Super Credits, and game progression to unlock content.
