The first trailer for Shrinking season 3 dropped, and there he is, the eternal Marty McFly himself, sharing a heartfelt, humor-laced scene with Harrison Ford that perfectly captures both the reality of living with Parkinson’s and the spirit that’s made Fox a Hollywood legend for decades.
The 64-year-old actor appears in a medical waiting room alongside Ford’s character, Dr. Paul Rhoades, who’s been dealing with Parkinson’s since season 1. When Fox’s character asks “Why are you here?”, Paul responds “Parkinson’s.” Without missing a beat, Fox deadpans “Just a haircut,” and both burst into laughter.

Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at just 29 in 1991, going public in 1998 before founding the Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2000, an organization that’s since raised billions for research.
