Arrowhead Game Studios just dropped details on Helldivers 2’s next premium Warbond, and it’s all about breaking stuff.
The Siege Breakers Warbond launches February 3, 2026, packing explosive weapons, battle-ready armor, and a sledgehammer that literally smashes through enemy fortifications.
If you’ve been looking for an excuse to jump back into the fight for Super Earth, this might be it.
Weapons built for destruction
The star of the show is the LAS-16 Trident, a returning favorite from the original Helldivers that’s gotten a serious upgrade. This laser shotgun fires six energy beams at once, doubling the original’s three-beam setup. Think of it as the Sickle’s aggressive older brother—less precision, more raw destructive power spread across your target.
But weapons aren’t the only way to breach enemy lines. The CQC-20 Breaching Hammer is a stratagem that does exactly what the name suggests: you swing a massive sledgehammer at anything standing in your way.
The twist? You can attach an explosive charge to the hammer’s head for extra impact. It’s straightforward, brutal, and honestly looks incredibly satisfying.
For those who prefer keeping some distance while causing chaos, the GL-28 Belt-Fed Grenade Launcher delivers continuous explosive barrages without reloading. Bug holes won’t stand a chance.
And if you’re the type who likes making one big statement instead of a sustained conversation, the EAT-411 Leveller fires a single high-yield missile that gets the job done.
The G/SH-39 Shield rounds out the offensive lineup with a defensive option. Drop it to block incoming fire and hold the line while your squad advances, perfect for those moments when you need to actually survive the assault you’re leading.
Armor that turns damage into fuel
Siege Breakers introduces two new armor sets: the SA-8 Ram (heavy) and SA-7 Headfirst (medium). Both come equipped with the Supplementary Adrenaline passive, which is wild, taking damage actually restores your stamina instead of draining it.
You become a literal battering ram that gets stronger the more hits you take. It’s the kind of passive that changes how aggressive you can play, especially when paired with that new hammer.
The Warbond also includes cosmetic options like the Rags of the Fashionable cape (pre-tattered to show you’ve been through some sieges), the Wedgeful Tricorn cape with its saw-tooth design, coordinating player cards, and the Churned Earth pattern for your shuttle, exosuits, hellpods, and FRV.
There’s even a Display of Brawn emote for regular and victory poses, plus the Bunker Buster player title.
Siege Breakers costs the standard 1,000 Super Credits, which you can earn through missions or purchase directly. Once unlocked, you’ll spend medals to grab individual items from the Warbond’s progression tree.
If you’ve been away from Helldivers 2 for a while, this is a solid time to return. The game’s performance has improved significantly, PC install size dropped from 150GB to something far more reasonable, and Arrowhead keeps adding content that actually feels fresh.
Siege Breakers hits February 3, get ready to smash.
